A. Accuracy and Automatic Calibration
1. < ±20mm synchronous linear and surface compensation for repeated drilling accuracy in X and Y directions.

3. X-ray tube and camera are designed with coaxial moving mechanism to improve the stability of the drilling target.

B. System Stability
